Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy

We understand sometimes things come up and appointments need to change. We only ask you respect our business schedule when this happens.

All appointments will be asked to pay a non-refundable booking deposit.

​

To minimise missed appointments, and late cancellations, we do all we can to assist our clients with organising their appointment schedule. Our booking system will send you an email confirmation of your booking, and also an SMS reminder a few days prior to your appointment, allowing adequate time to contact the clinic if a reschedule is required.

A minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation or reschedule is essential, and no fees apply when complying with this policy. However, if cancelling within 24 hours, a cancellation fee will be charged, forfeiting your booking deposit. Fees may be avoided to extenuating circumstances at staffs discretion if contacted.

'DNS' (Did Not Show):

If you fail to attend your appointment with no communication attempts prior, your booking deposit will be forfeited and a 'DNS' status marked on your profile. Repeat offenders will no longer be eligible to book.
